Submit Parking Infraction Dispute

To submit a parking infraction dispute, contact Precise ParkLink Ottawa customer service at ottawacs@precisebi.com with the following information:

• First and Last Name

• Email Address

• Parking Infraction or Infraction License Plate Number

• Attach Supporting Documentation as a .jpg or .png (Copy of Parking Infraction, Proof of Payment)

• Please explain why you are disputing your Parking Infraction
