Precise ParkLink is a third-party parking service provider hired to manage parking lots on behalf of property owners. The property owner provides final approval for renting parking real estate. If Precise ParkLink manages the parking lot in question, we are happy to send your request to the property owner.

+ I am currently renting space for my business within a parking lot that Precise ParkLink manages. I cannot afford the increased lease rate. What should I do?

Should you find your lease adjustment unfair or in violation of your lease terms, please fill out this form to file a dispute. If Precise ParkLink manages the parking lot in question, we will escalate your dispute to the property owner.

+ How long am I able to rent a parking space for my business?

The lease terms are determined in tandem with the property owner. Should you have any questions regarding renting a parking space(s) in a particular lot, lease fill out this form.

+ How are lease rates for films and/ or businesses in parking lots determined?

Lease rates for parking lot real estate are determined and adjusted to comply with the property's current market value.

Some locations within parking lots may be considered prime business locations—for example, street-facing. The location of the business within the parking lot may have an impact on the lease rate.

Regarding filming or hosting events in parking lots, the amount of time required to use the real estate will impact the lease rate.

+ Who sets the lease rate, you or the owner?

The rate structures are not defined by any singular contractual party involved. They are set according to best practices using a complex formula taking into consideration elements like, but not limited to, contextual locations, economic conditions, cost of operation, hours of operation, and staffing resources to arrive at a rate that is considered fair for all parties involved.

+ How often will lease rates for businesses in parking lots be adjusted?

Lease rate adjustments, including increase increments and timelines, will be stated in your initial lease agreement. This varies per lease.

+ If the lease rate for the space I rent is adjusted, will I be informed?

Communication terms for lease adjustments will be stated in the initial lease agreement you signed.
