Dispute Parking Invoice
You are required to submit your Parking Invoice dispute within seven days (7) of receiving the invoice.
Disputes Must Include:
A copy of your Parking Invoice. If you no longer have a copy of your Parking Invoice, please indicate your Parking Invoice number and/or the license plate number associated with the invoice
If applicable, include a copy of proof of payment. For example, if you paid for parking you should send in a copy of the receipt or a charge on your credit card statement. Please black out confidential information
A brief description explaining why you are disputing your Parking Invoice
THE DECISION PROCESS:
A decision on whether or not to cancel your Parking Invoice will be made within 30 to 40 business days.
Late Fee Exemption
If you submit your Parking Invoice dispute within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice, you will be exempt from paying the seven (7) day late fee.
