Appeals will be reviewed in writing only by email or mail within seven (7) days of the date of the Invoice.

Disputes Must Include:

  1. A copy of the Parking Violation Invoice

  2. Detailed reasons for contesting the Invoice

  3. Proof of payment

  4. Your complete contact information

THE DECISION PROCESS:

Please allow up to one week for processing. Any appeals received with incomplete information may not be considered or responded to. Invoices that have been paid cannot be disputed.
